FAQs
Can I use fundraising money for Chicago?
Absolutely! Periodically, Ms. Schwegler will compile a spreadsheet of fundraising credits to send to WorldStrides. The spreadsheet will include the name of the student and how much credit will be applied. A general email will be sent ahead of time to notify band parents of the upcoming transaction.
Can I extend the trip for my student?
This is possible. You will need to contact WorldStrides since we are flying to Orlando.
What fundraising is available?
Lions games, cheesecake, mattress sale, and chocolate bars
Can I register my student (or myself) with a nickname?
Everyone must use their full legal name! Due to flying restrictions the airline does require the name be the exact same as on their legal ID.
What if I can't make the deadline for the payment plan?
Please call Customer Service at 877-545-0070 for any questions or concerns you have regarding your accounts and the trip. Families can also call Customer Service and request to talk to our Payment Specialist Team if they need to set-up an extended payment plan.
What if I work Lions games past the last payment deadline?
Call WorldStrides financial department and let them know your situation.
I cannot log into my WorldStrides account.
DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT! Call WorldStrides to have them reactivate your account.
